Jabardasth Naresh Early Life and Family
Naresh grew up in Hanumanthapuram, a village in Narmetta mandal of Jangaon district in Telangana. In a September 2026 interview with TV9 Telugu, he recalled being a mischievous student who often skipped school. Once, after he bunked school on Independence Day, the principal caught him and a friend the next day and made them kneel and stand on a bench as punishment.
He has one brother, who stays out of the public eye and supported Naresh when he moved to Hyderabad to look for work in entertainment. Naresh has also spoken warmly about his childhood friend Rohit, who runs a successful pan shop in their area and has helped his family with money when they needed it.
He said that as a teenager he had no love stories. He enjoyed friendships with girls but kept his distance to avoid gossip in the village.
Jabardasth Naresh Career
Breakthrough on Jabardasth
Naresh’s big break came on ETV’s Jabardasth, the long-running Telugu comedy show where teams perform short skits every week. He became popular for playing mischievous children, cheeky sidekicks and characters who outsmart much bigger men, using his small build as part of the joke. He has performed in skits with leading comedians including Bullet Bhaskar, Hyper Aadi and Punch Prasad.
His rapid-fire dialogues, expressive face and confident stage presence helped him move from a supporting performer to a crowd favourite. Clips of his skits are widely shared on YouTube and social media, which brought him a following well beyond the show’s TV audience.
Extra Jabardasth and Sridevi Drama Company
Naresh also appears on Extra Jabardasth, the show’s sister programme, and on ETV’s entertainment show Sridevi Drama Company, where comedians, dancers and TV personalities take part in skits, games and themed episodes. These shows made him a familiar face across the ETV comedy line-up and built his reputation as one of the channel’s most dependable comic performers.
Films
Like many Jabardasth artists, Naresh has taken small comic and supporting roles in Telugu films. Reports list his credits as Sukumar’s Rangasthalam (2018), starring Ram Charan; Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya (2020); and Narayana & Co (2023). Television remains the main focus of his career.
Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 (2026)
In September 2026 Naresh entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10, hosted by Nagarjuna on Star Maa and streaming on JioHotstar. He entered on launch day along with fellow Jabardasth comedian Auto Ram Prasad, and the two are among the most-watched contestants of the season.
His first week was difficult. Every housemate was nominated, and early reports said his votes were low, but he survived while two contestants were sent home during the week. He also received the “Double Vote” power, which lets him choose a housemate whose nomination votes count twice.
Since then, Naresh has been noticed for two things: comedy and clear arguments. His imitation act on Day 11 and his “Kat Raj” skit on Day 12 were among the most entertaining moments of the early weeks. In nominations he has made pointed arguments, and viewers have praised the questions he raises. His outburst at captain Apoorva in Week 5 and his argument with Rohit in Week 6 showed he is willing to stand his ground against bigger personalities.

Jabardasth Naresh Personal Life
Naresh is not married. During a Bigg Boss episode in September 2026, Auto Ram Prasad said that Naresh’s family is looking at marriage proposals, which suggests he could marry after the show ends.
He has spoken openly about a financial setback. He paid about ₹6–7 lakh to a consultancy that promised to send his brother abroad for work, but it turned out to be fake, and he recovered only around 20 per cent of the money. He said he regrets trusting the firm blindly and that the brothers decided never to make that mistake again. He also said he never wanted revenge, because he believes people face the results of their own actions in time.
Naresh has not shared his exact age in public for most of his career, which led to years of guessing among fans. Reports give his date of birth as 18 June 1999, while Ram Prasad said on Bigg Boss that he is 28, which would place his birth a year earlier.
Why Jabardasth Naresh Stands Out
Naresh is a village boy from Jangaon district who became one of the best-known comedians on Telugu television without any film-industry background. He turned his small build into a comic strength instead of a limitation, and his confidence on stage often lets him steal scenes from much bigger names. Bigg Boss Telugu 10 has shown audiences a different side of him: a sharp, outspoken player who can argue his point as well as make people laugh.
