Sara Ali Khan was born on 12 August 1995 in Mumbai to actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. Her paternal grandfather, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, captained the Indian cricket team, and her grandmother, Sharmila Tagore, is one of Hindi cinema’s best-known actresses.
